Micah Peters, CEO of Clearwater Homes Utah, the developer of the mixed-use project at 600 North and 300 West, has said that the project should be ready for occupancy by mid-May 2022 if not slightly sooner. The project, officially known as The Harvest at Marmalade, will contain 320 rental units. The Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency will begin construction of a park on the southeast corner of the property, adjacent to the Marmalade Library, in the spring of 2022.
