Input Requested for New Salt Lake City School District Superintendent

The Salt Lake City School District Board of Education invites you to provide input into the selection of the next superintendent, either online or in person, during a series of community meetings.

There will be many opportunities to meet with the search consultants to learn about the search process and time frame, get answers to questions, and provide comments that will be compiled and provided to the board. Meetings will take place as follows.

Town Hall Meetings

Tuesday, February 16, 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
West High School Library

Wednesday, February 17, 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Highland High School Library

Thursday, February 18, 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
East High School Library

Thursday, February 18, 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Glendale Middle School Library

In addition, you are invited to submit feedback through a web-based survey of qualities that the new Superintendent may possess. The survey can be found at http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/2559399/Salt-Lake-City-School-District-Superintendent-Survey

The survey will also be available in other languages. Links to the translated surveys will be posted at http://www.slcschools.org/departments/communications/newsroom/2015-16/community-input.php when they are complete. The surveys will be available until February 26, 2016.
