At long last, the event we’ve all been patiently waiting to happen …….
The Marmalade Library opens on Saturday, February 27, 2016.
There will be a grand opening ribbon cutting starting at 10:00 a.m. at the Library on 300 West and 500 North. Please come and join in the celebration which will last all day until 6:00 p.m.
There will be a panel discussion, including our own Peter von Sivers, that will talk about the Library, its history, its design and its place in the Marmalade neighborhood. That discussion begins at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 27th.
Our neighborhood has also been invited to a special pre-opening reception on Thursday, February 25, 2016 between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Please come and invite your neighbors to come with you.
