July 29th – Special Meeting of the Capitol Hill Neighborhood Council

A proposal has been made for the City to approve a subdivision on West Capitol Street and roughly 600 North. The Neighborhood Council has been asked to provide comment regarding the proposal. We must provide comment by August 9, 2015 in order to meet the requirements of the planning process.

A special meeting has been set for individuals immediately surrounding the affected parcel and other members of the Council to hear from the representatives of the developer and City planning staff and for neighbors to ask questions, make suggestions, etc. We will then, as a Council, follow up with providing comment to the City.

The meeting is set for July 29, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. in Room 240 of the State Capitol Building. This is the same room where we hold our regular monthly meetings.

Please come no matter where you live … but, especially, if you live in the West Capitol Hill area. Invite your neighbors, as well.
