The Marmalade Jam Fest is an exciting neighborhood fair put on by the Capitol Hill Neighborhood Council which highlights the neighborhoods colorful history. The fair will include a preserves competition, entertainment, educational activities and booths hosted by neighborhood businesses and organizations. We will also have booths for neighborhood artisans and crafters. Interested parties should contact Jack Winward.
