Capitol Hill Community Council invites you to enter our 1st Annual Halloween Contest. And it’s easy to enter!
Submit a picture of your favorite decorated house or apartment to be entered into our contest. There are several ways you can submit a picture:
- On this blog
- Through an email (rstarley@xmission.com), or
- by printing the pic and giving it to any Council Board member.
The deadline for the contest is midnight, Monday, December 4.
