Capitol Hill residents will be able to review and comment on the proposed Azure Place development. If approved, it will contain 38 townhomes (see images). On-street parking and cut-through traffic due to the project are major concerns. The developer will present the project at a Zoom meeting June 30 at 6:30 pm.
